I think not rehiring the maintenance staff was a good idea. The men quit in the middle of a major snow storm and were verbally abusive to their superior. In all, some of their work could have been better and they often had to come back more than once. I like living here and understand that the type of behavior they displayed is unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, it is a great place to live.
