I've been here for 6 mos. so far in a 1br and I love it.

Positives: Very energy efficient, quiet neighbors, spacious, clean in and out, and close to everything.

Negatives: I've had water saver toilets before but these clog alot. Showe water pressure is awful, so plan on buying your own shower head. Once you do, it's fine.
