Great place to live. Close to the mall and maintained well. Staff is friendly and always there to talk to. I don't know what the last guy was talking about. All possible fees are listed in the lease (lease breakage & carpet cleaning). People should read what they sign. Any other charges are their fault for breaking up the place. Overall price is good compared to others in the area.
