When I moved back to Chester County some 10 years ago, Chaddwell was far and away the best choice. It's beauty as I look out my window this gorgeous fall day is unsurpassed.

It's impossible to believe we sit about 1/2 mile from a major intersection(Rt.30& 100, have a train station less than 1/2 mile away from us on both sides of the complex and are about 4 miles to the PA turnpike.)25 minutes away into Delaware you can pick up Amtrac, go to Florida or Boston or just take the day for tax free shopping and the theater. Chaddwell is also located less than 1 mile from the Fire Station and Police Department. There are two malls and more grocery stores to choose from than you would believe. Why would anyone possibly want to live anywhere else, especially with the rents so fair in comparison to the complexes'

This complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained and sits on the classic the rolling hills of Southern Chester County.
The floorplan design is one of the most functional in all the neighboring complexes, the buildings are virtually soundproof and believe me, you won't find that in any new construction. I wouldn't give up my full size heavy duty GE washer and dryer for anything because I had a California King bed when I moved here and it was a deal breaker. I still have a king.

Granted, people don't like change and have a hard time adjusting, but the new Management in the Rental Office and Maintenance Department bring years of experience to Chaddwell. That's bound to benefit all us residents and I am sorry that a few folks who may not had every demand granted should leave such a poor impression of what is truly a wonderfully talented and dedicated team who serve about 325 households day in day out. My kudos to the group. Long may they serve and my sincere thanks for their efforts on our behalf.
