I love it here at Chaddwell. I searched for over a year before I found this little place in the country. Hankin properties are the best! I believe they are trying to keep out the riff-raff by raising the rents as high as they do. Unfortunately, in doing so, they will begin to lose some of their better tenants. Too bad their aren't ceilings on rents like they have in New York City. I have never had a problem with the old/new management nor the maintenance. I feel everyone has always been very accomodating.

Little place in the country. Give us a break? The interiors are starting to fall apart, with no repairs or improvements. It is getting old here and way too expensive. Rif raf still lives here.
