Some of us were talking recently that this used to be nicer but the place is getting old and we are all getting the run around as they let the place go downhill. ----- the office girl is condescending to everyone. So the the maintenance workers. She talks to the seniors like children and she is disrespectful to us. We are sick of it. --------------, would not have approved of the way things are now. We will move South.

I totally disagree with this posting. I have never seen ----- be anything but sweet and helpful to the residents. Maintenance takes care of the problems promptly and efficiently. The only real complaint that I would have is that the rent keeps going up every year more than I think is appropriate. That would be the main reason if we ever left.

Many Chaddwell tenants disagree with this posting. ----- is always helpful and very professional. She is always smiling and very sincere!!. Maintenance is very good and takes care of all work order issues promptly. Rents are VERY comparable to the area if not better than the neighboring communities. Please do not listen to the newsnowbirds posting - they are just not telling the truth!! Chaddwell is very nice and so is the staff!

Everyone on the staff has ALWAYS been great to me. I don't know what community these people live in, but it's not Chaddwell!
