Hi,
We are looking to move soon because of the bad service and the place is shabby for the money. A lot of the postings on this apartment site sound like advertisements written by the sales people, or managers, who were all very nice until we moved in and tried to get things done. Nothings works the way it should and these lazy employees got away with it while the place was newer. Some of our neighbors have shared negative feedback like being told you can't expect to have heat when its really cold, or airconditioning when its really hot. It will only cool a few degrees. The garbage disposal only works when empty. What a joke. We have heard a lot of excuses like this and heard it ourselves. The building is a little more soundproof compared to other places in Exton, but if loud people have windows open then its not quiet. Also, we have to laugh at all the references to being in the country, which is false advertising. This place is in the middle of the busy commercial area of chester county. We will move to a better home soon.
