Hey I feel your pain. We are looking to move out soon too. Lots of problems. ------ cooking is the worst, and we like food. But not whatever smells like skunk and mongoose. It should be against the law. We had to move from Chesterbrooke too because of the same problems, but it is private owners who rent so it does not show up inthis listings. Chesterbrook has a lot of people from----- who work in Pharma, they are taking over this and other areas. I agree...who is watching our borders.
Chadwell is not worth the hassle. A lot of very old retired people live here and never heard of a blog so that is probably why there are not too many postings. A lot of the retired people are just afraid to say anything about stuff and I know a lot of older women who can barely aford to live here anymore and just do not know where tomove. The staff is not to nice to the older women. too bad. My wife is still in grad school, so when she is finished we will try to buy a house. Happy hunting.
