boring brick buildings bad traffic

This place looks boring with brick all over. It takes 10 minutes to make a left out of the parking lot. Then there are 4 big shopping centers. Kmart dollar store, giant, and a lot of cheap eateries. The whole area smells of thick cookings. You get the picture. Not an area you would expect for the high rent around here. A lot of other junky places in exton. It is not even save to cross the streat to the park, but a lot of people try it. The area used to be much nicer and easy on the wallet.
