Expensive rent but run cheap. Mandatory renters insurance so their premium is cheaper. It is no ones business the value of personal belongings. They charge for the carpet clean by taking it out of everyones security. (it is in the fine print). Poor mainteinance record. Other Professional management guarantee 24 maintenance and clean, painted, steam cleaned rugs and sanitized. Some one is getting rich off the high rent.
