Great place to live!!!

I am very surprised at all the negative reviews! I lived at Chaddwell for 3 years and LOVED it! The only reason I moved was because of health issues that led to some financial difficulties. I would move back to Chaddwell in a heartbeat! The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious. I never had a problem with the office staff. The maintenance staff was always prompt in responding to any problems I had. I will say that one of the maintenance men is not at all friendly but as long as he was competent, what difference does that make' None, in my book.

Chaddwell is the BEST place to live IMO!!!
