Bad things are true. This place and Exton used to be nice about 10 years ago but not now. Too crowded. low class, and a lot of traffic. A lot of changes. Some apts are ok, some are worn out and need repair. It is better than some places. No roof leaks that I hear of. A lot of people are disgruntled but can do nothing for better. Employees are nice sometimes, but we feel sorry for them, they have to sell the place as ok. It is always the owners fault when things are run down. Exon smells always from the restaurants, and so does this neiborhood. lots of parking and floor plans are big, but worn out. Cold air comes right into windows. High heat. We will move the family.

I tend to agree. All blame should be placed on the owners. It's a true shame to see the ladies displaced, but I must say that the new manager is very pleasant. I also agree that the windows are in desperate need of replacement. When management has to send a letter saying "windows may bow upon closing" you would think that would be a red flag. HVAC is outdated, and very costly. My utilities run between $200 and $300 a month with no one ever home and the thermostat locked at 67 during winter and 72 in summer. Not so sure I agree with, or understand the "smell" issue, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. My unit is showing some major wear and appliances are outdated. With some fixes/updates this could be a very nice complex, but until that time comes, it's a typical 80's apartment.
