I find all of these negative reviews difficult to believe. I lived in Chaddwell apartments from January - October of 2008 until I had to move due to a job relocation. I had no complaints living in this apartment. Heating costs were low, the apartment was EXTREMELY well built. I never heard my neighbors the entire time I lived there. I never heard a tv, loud talking, music playing, anything. These apartments are very well insulated against sound and outside temperature. I'm shocked that people complain about Exton and use that as a reason to knock on Chaddwell's apartments. Exton is a suburb, so obviously there are going to be stores and restaurants, most people find that to be convenient, I certainly did. Chaddwell is on a side street with slower traffic. To go on further, each apartment has a nice balcony, bedrooms are extremely large, my apartment had a washer/dryer, tons of storage space, grounds are well-maintained and neighbors are friendly. Parking is wonderful since each apartment has a designated spot right in front of their unit, there are many additional un-designated spots for guests and are never filled. There is always room for guests to park. I also never had any maintenance issues while I lived here. All applicances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc worked well and never had any problems with them. Additionally, both women that work in the rental office are extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. If I was still living in Exton I would definitely still be living in Chaddwell.
