I have to disagree with the person who posted before me. I have lived in this community for over five years and if there is one word that I would NEVER use to describe Exton Crossing - it would be "dangerous". Yes, there have been a few burglaries over the past four/five months but there have been more elsewhere - including housing developments and many other apt. communities.

I moved into Exton Crossing as a single female and never, ever felt unsafe. The community is well lit and in a great location. As far as the management doing anything to make the residents feel "safer" during the burglaries - they DID. They sent notices, gave out blockers for the sliding glass doors, had the local police give a seminar in the community building and encouraged a "Community Watch".

This is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!!
