Luxurious, comfortable, great location

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I've lived here for five months already and really like it.
Positives:
- Condition: Apartment is in great condition in all aspects.
- Great location: Across the street from the lovely Exton Mall and Chester Co. library. Walking distance to shopping and restuarnts.
- Lots of additional shopping in the area, yet the traffic is not bad at all. Right at the cross roads of Rt. 100 and Business 30, just minutes from the PA Turnpike.
- If you have kids, there's a Goddards School right inside the complex.
- Service: Most all of my requests have been tended to within 24 hours.
- Facilities: Although I haven't used them, the swimming pool and work out room look nice and I've only heard good things about them.
- Atmosphere: Quiet other than the distant sound of the highway if you're really listening for it.
- FIREPLACES: If you love a real wood-burning fireplace like I do, most of these apartments have them!
Negatives:
- Expensive: You can find less expensive, but you'll lose the quality, too.
- Post office: There is one central location to pick up your mail which means that many people have to walk or drive a distance to get their mail.
- Inflexible leases: If you cancel your lease, you're still locked into paying two extra months. Not a lot of flexibility.
- Power outtages: I may have been spoiled by living in a more urban area before, but it seems they lose power during storms here more than I'm used to. Three times in five months.
