Excellent place to live and excellent staff

I have lived here almost 3 years. It is a wonderful community. The people from the office to the maintenance team are excellent. I have read other reviews, yes Exton is expensive it is a near suburb of Philadelpia. This is not the fault of the apartment community. If you go down the road 7 miles to West Chester you will pay $300 more! Exton shopping and conveniences are worth it.
