The Bad:
Maintenance and Office service poor and rude
Tough to get someone to help you
Parking a constant problem (lack thereof)
Noise from other apartments a problem
Large rent increases each year
No safety measures - thefts over the last year
The rental company is more concerned with added businesses to generate more revenue than addressing tenant issues (see parking comment)
The Good:
Apartments nice sized
Convenient location
Grounds well kept
