The staff pressures you into signing and then is unhelpful and rude if you have issues. They play dirty tricks in all renewal and contract termination matters. I received an unfair amount of my security deposit and when I inquired they basically said "sue us if you dare." Don't believe the positive reviews. Read for yourself and see if you believe them.
