Staff behavior is extremely rude and the attitude is like 'we are doing some charity in letting you live here'. There was a problem in a kitchen appliance and the problem could not be rectified properly, the repair reople had a attitude of- 'there is some problem with how you use it, generally speaking, no specifics.' There was some damage to a door when moving furniture, I had no problem paying for it, but the staff attitude was 'first tell me why did you make such a mess''.
