I have lived here for 2 years now, going on 3 and I love it. The office staff have been nothing but helpful and gone out of their way to help us with any problems we might have had. Maintenance requests, though very few, were taken care of the same day. I have not noticed any noise from water pipes. (These are apartments, there will always be some noise from neighbors!!!') I would recommend this place to anybody. There is a school, salon, fitness center, car wash, fitness trail and an ornamental garden, and beatiful well kept landscaping. It doesn't get any better than this. The only negative comment I do have is the fact that large dogs are not allowed and they have a policy of only one pet per apartment.But this is still minor in the grand scheme of things.
