Nice place to live

We've lived here for almost a year. The few maintenance requests we've had have been dealt with quickly and there's always street parking available. If you want covered parking make sure you get it from the get-go because otherwise you'll just sit on the waiting list. Snow removal has been very good, with shoveling going all the way to our doorstep.
Office staff aren't that friendly, but we never really see them so it hasn't been a problem. We can hear it when our neighbors turn on their water to shower, but it's an apartment, so that's not unexpected and we've gotten so used to it that we don't really notice it anymore.
The apartments are spacious with nice layouts, though pricey. Another reviewer mentioned the lack of security, but that hasn't bothered us; we feel safe in the apartment as well as walking around the neighborhood. There's a fitness trail around a lake in the back of the complex which is nice to walk on. It's a good location - near shopping, dining and the R5 train line into Philly. Overall we feel happy with what we have.
