If it breaks, you bought it. If there are ants, you caused it. If there is an abundance of garbage flowing out of the dumpsters and rodents scurrying about, you should have known better and walked your garbage to the next dumpster one block away. Oh, the ridiculous staff...it is like being in grammar school again. Only, this time it has a HUGE price attached. Just read one of their quaterly newsletters to get an idea of what you will be dealing with. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
