Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Okay, not sure where to start. And the kicker is, I dont even live there!!! I went to Exton Crossing about a year ago to look around. I found a nice 1 bedroom apartment and decided to go with it. Well, when it came time for the application.......before I even filled the thing out I was told that it was very hard to get accepted by their standards. The girl in the office told me that unless I made a minimum of $52,000 per year, I shouldnt even bother filling out the application. OKAY........that sounds professional to me, doen't it'' So, I fill out the application and later that day they tell me that I am approved but I need to fork up an extra months security deposit due to credit issues. Now, just to let you all know, my credit score at that time was 725. For those of you that do not know much about credit scoring, 725 is GOOD! I get prime plus interest rates on all credit cards and anything else I buy, but I have to fork up an extra month of rent'' FOR WHAT'''' after arguing with them about this they told me "Well, no one is forcing you to move in!" in the cockiest tone ever. Screw that place. I was so incredibly furious with how they treated me during the application. It was the worst experience ever. So what did I do' I went around the corner to Thomas Meeting Apartments. And they treated me with respect and took my application with pleasure. and I was approved with a $300 security deposit. And moving here was the best thing I ever did. I love it here.
