I will be wrapping up my one year lease here at Exton Crossing and I have had a wonderful experience here. The community and cleanliness is extremely impressive and well groomed. Great attention to curb appeal is apparent! In the year I have been here I have never once needed Maintenance. There is always ample parking, great lighting and an overall sense of community. Look around at the market rents, what you pay here is extremely fair for the the square footage, central air, sprinkler system and amenities that you will receive.

This review may sound like I am a staffer, but I actually work in this business and have shopped many apartment complexes. This one IS very well done!
