I have lived in this area for the past 10 years and prior to this out West. I have never experienced a better apartment community than Exton Crossing. The staff is friendly and fun, the maintenance team is excellent, and the grounds are always immaculate. They have everything you need onsite including a pool, gym, basketball courts and tennis courts, and even running trails. I love to run and the private trails around the lake are gorgeous. Their parties are fun and a great way to meet people. They just had a summer concert with beer, food and a band. I recommend this community to anyone!

You aren't providing any information about the inside of the apartments. You give "Noise" a 4/5 meaning you can barely hear anything. When I lived there and our downstairs neighbors would use the tub or shower, it sounded like a jet landing. We'd also hear their TV, dog, arguing, etc.. you have none of that? If so, what apartment type are you renting? The luxury homes for $1700 a month?
