The apartments themselves are beautiful and you cannot argue that the grounds are exceptionally well maintained (kudos to the men who take care of that). BUT the rotating bunch of college grads who work in the office are nothing short of rude and at times unprofessional. To the point that I received a call once telling me my rent was late - and they had just misplaced it. No apologies given. They act like living there is a privilege - and forget that if it were not for the residents, they would not have their jobs.
