I have lived in Exton Crossing for 4 years. I have just renewed my lease for another year.

I am very happy here. The maintenance is excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The office staff and manager "Jennifer" are very friendly.

It is located across the street from Exton Square Mall as well as less than 1/2 mile from 2 food stores one being a 24 hour food market.

The public elementary school which is excellent, is walking distance from the apartment complex.

Exton Crossing also has 2 playgrounds one being a toddler one and another one for older children to accommodate everyone.

The workout room and outdoor pool are a plus too!

I have never had an apartment rental so nice.
The community is clean, friendly and very quiet as well as safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
