Disappointed in the snow removal. There's no system set in place for snow removal on the streets or sidewalks. It would be nice to have a system in place for you to move your car off the street for the crew to plow the roads. As a tenant, you shouldn't have to blow your own walkways & shovel out your own cars. Plus what about the elderly in this complex' If there was an emergency, the elderly wouldn't be able to get help...or even leave their doors due to the snow not being cleared.

Office staff isn't in a hurry to return your phone calls or go the extra mile. Very disppointed. (I do have to say the staff is polite.)

Another concern are the 2 playgrounds on the grounds. There are killer bees every summer, and still there's nothing being done to frumigate them (or to replace moldy wood and moldy plastics-like the slide).

Just do your homeowrk before moving in any apartment complex.Disappointed tenant(s)
