I fell in love with Exton Crossing on my first visit, and I've been happy here. It's a gorgeous development and the location is incredibly convenient. The staff has always been responsive to my concerns (though sometimes unfriendly). Rents are high, but they're on par with similar-quality nearby apartments, and you generally get what you pay for. You certainly can't beat the location.

I agree with other reviewers' quibbles: Walls and floors are thin, noise is a problem (especially plumbing noises!), and maintenance has declined in the last few months. Also, be warned that you'll have to pay extra for a washer/dryer.
