Very nicely kept community, clean, and quiet. Very safe. Maintenance was very good as well. Whenever there was a problem, you could enter a work order online and usually the problem was tended to the next business day. Living there for a year, the only issues we really had were an air conditioning problem, the lock on the door was tight because of the weather change, and the shrubs on the sidewalk needed trimmed badly. All of these things were taken care of in a timely manner.
The plumbing is quite loud. My neighbor below for some reason turns on the tub a lot and it sounds like its in your apartment with you. This can be annoying at times.
You can also hear the dog barking below and it sounds like it is in the apartment with you.
The only major complaint I have is the failure for the office staff to resolve a complaint about a car that a resident parked in a spot outside of my apartment the day they moved in and now 5 months later it is still in the same spot and has not moved once since then. I called after about 3 weeks to complain that it had a flat tire with a for sale sign in it and was not being used. The office staff told me they were going to handle this but I had to follow up a few times and was told that they were working on getting it moved. Now its been months and nothing has been done. Other than that...beautiful, pleasant and safe place to live.
