If you are sensitive to noise...DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The plumbing noises mentioned in multiple reviews are shocking. You are aware every time your neighbor showers, does a wash or turns on any faucet in the apartment and vice versa. The noise echos throughout every room. The shower and bathroom faucet noises (located next to the bedrooms)are unbelievably loud. As another person mentioned, it does sound like someone is showering in your shower. It will definitely wake you up from sleep which can be a real problem if your schedule does not match your neighbors. You will also hear your neighbor's bathroom vent fan, their stereo and TV. I feel like I am living in a budget hotel but paying luxury prices. I would never have rented here if management had been honest and told me about the plumbing noises. The neighborhood with the lake is a very pretty place to walk. The maintenance workers are excellent. However, I can't wait to move.

I have lived here for three years, and YES, you can hear water pressure every once in awhile, but this is an apartment community, not a private home. No matter what apartment community you go to, you will hear plumbing and noise from neighbors. These are shared buildings people!! I would recommend renting a private home if you never want to hear your neighbors. I myself, love the property, and previously lived at an apartment community in West Chester, PA and this place is a breath of fresh air. Beautiful grounds, great staff, and great location.

In response to anonymous above: The plumbing noises are way louder than they have to be. It's shoddy construction and lack of proper sound insulation. I've lived in a good number of apartments, and this place was easily the loudest, by a WIDE margin.

I live there now..I can't wait to leave this place. The water is so damn loud!! My neighbor above is loud and does not care that someone lives below. Management is ok, they tend to let the cops deal with noise. For the money I'm shelling I am very dissapointed!! h2o bill is ridiculous, not sure how they calculate it, no meters. Looking for a house. Once I'm gone I will never set foot in this place again. DO NOT RENT HERE. (unless you are deaf and don't care to keep your money)
