i moved in about 5 months ago. we previously lived at oxford-gateway in west chester. we needed a 6 month lease and madison at exton crossing was about $300 less per month. oxford gateway had lots of construction issues (and it was only a few years old). madison at exton crossing has been our best experience of the 4 apartments we've lived in.
PROS:
the people are nice, the gym is great, they have a walking trail with pond that is very nice, the construction is good for the most part
CONS: the pipes are kind of noisy, but nothing that you wouldn't expect in an apartment. also, the mail service is not ideal, with some mail not making it to us until weeks after it was dated.
overall, exton crossing is the best place to live and best deal we've found in this area.
