The ceiling in so thin, it feels like the people above you are going to come through it. The water is very loud when somebody turns it on, and can wake you up if you're a lite sleeper. They give you a choice of renting a washer and dryer, and that to me is highway robbery. They should be included for the high price you pay to live there.My 1 year experience is over, and i will go look at a Hankin built complex.. I hear they're well built, and there are a few in the exton area..I made the mistake of not going there in the first place..I won't make the same one twice.. DON'T RENT AT MADISON, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!
btw, pets are allowed, but like everything else,they charge you a monthly fee!!
