Rude Maintenance Staff

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The maintenance staff is not polite. They raise your rent every single year about $100. First year, they do not charge your water bill but from the second year, they charge big monry on your water bill. Their water bill does not make any sense. They do not have water meters, no one knows how they calculate the water bill.
