i HAVE BEEN SHOPPING FOR AN APARTMENT IN THE EXTON AREA, AND HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. MY QUESTION, WHY ARE THE PEOPLE STAYING FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR IF IT IS SO BAD' I KNOW IF I LIVED ANYWHERE AND I MADE SOME OF THE COMMENTS I HAVE SEEN, I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RENEW FOR A 2ND YEAR OR LONGER! MAKES ME WONDER WHAT ALL OF THE GRIPE IS ABOUT AND IF THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE THE MORE ACCURATE!

Did you read how one person's lease was automatically renewed, because they were given too little time to refuse the automatic renewal? That might explain why someone is there more than one year. Also sometimes you think it's worth staying an extra year because things might have been ok for awhile and then you have unexpected problems again after having decided this.
