I have answer to one question in this posting, that is: WHY YOU ARE LIVING HERE IF MANAGEMENT IS WORST'
As I was trapped here. I have planned to move out of this apartment. But before 3 month of my lease end, they send me the lease renewal document in post. And said if I don?t answer to this post in WEEK, from the post arrived in my home, than my lease will automatically gets renewed, WHETHER I SIGN IT OR NOT. WOW WHAT A SIT, YOU GET UNKNOWN TIME NOTICE, THAT REPLY IN WEEK OR YOU HAVE TO STAY FOR ANOTHER YEAR. That?s how they trap me for another year.
SO YOU WILL GET A NOTICE IN ANY TIME THAT YOUR LEASE RENEWED IF YOU DON?T REPLY THIS POST IN WEEK, THAN YOU SCREWED
Why I decided to move out of this apartment'
Property Manager talks in the worst possible way for them. They are talking in a tone that they are paying you to stay there.

That business about the automatic renewal of the lease is pretty unfair, I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope you are no longer trapped there.
