It's not as bad as they say...

I've lived in Marchwood for two years (just renewed my lease for another year), and I haven't had any of the problems that a lot of other people are talking about. The few maintenance requests I've called in have been taken care of immediately, plowing is done promptly, and landscaping is done on weekdays (no waking you up early on the weekends).
I wonder if most of Lynn's attitude has come from the way people treat HER; after all, there are a lot of apartments in the complex, and it's never easy dealing with the public. Just remember, pretty much every time you deal with Lynn, it's because you're having a problem, and you might not come across as being very nice yourself - she might be reacting to the way you talk to her...
I'll be moving out at the end of my lease, but only because my boyfriend (who also lives in Marchwood) and I need to get a three-bedroom apartment, and Marchwood doesn't have them. I would recommend these apartments to anyone - the price is great, the location is wonderful, and the size is perfect.

That's kind of nervy to blame tenants for Lynn's attitude.

Yeah, really - even if a person WAS rude, tell me where it's acceptable for any staff anywhere to be rude! Or what about those of us who make a point of being very nice, thinking that it might actually make a difference in the ------ way we get treated?
