i think it's pretty funny that miserable people think that it's everybody else that's the problem,instead of looking in the mirror. i have lived here for 2 years and love the staff. maybe all the people who complain about the staff being short with them or being rude should try being nice themselves.

i have been in the office and have overheard other residents be nasty and demanding when they need something done, and want it done RIGHT AWAY!!! maybe people should try talking to the staff the the way you'd like to be talked to.

if i had to deal with fussy and rude residents like they do i dont think i'd be able to handle it!!

How would you know if tenants are miserable? Most people keep to themselves.

If you never have a request for the office staff to handle, all is fine. But should you have the tub not work, another apt unit flooding into yours, or asking maintenance to take a look at the ac or heater unit, the resident encounters rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior from the apt manager. I cannot comment on the other staff who also work in the office, as many of my neighbors and I have only been exposed to the behavior of the office mgr. The others have answered the phone, but pass off calls to her.
