PROS: Nice private entrances; nice entryway in apartments; great closet space; spacious floorplan; gym; grounds well kept; ample parking; convenient location; nice clubhouse/office; lovely tile in the bathroom.
CONS: Hated the laundry room; machines often broken for 2 weeks; also got ripped off on the card a few times when it malfunctioned; apartment was freezing in winter; exorbitant pet deposit of $500-$800.

Basically, we enjoyed our stay there (we left to buy a house). Amy was wonderful to deal with; had very little experience of Lynn, but she seemed ok. At least things got done with her in charge. The rent is less than most places. Maintainance responded quickly to the few problems we had. We had no problems with anything except a faulty hot-water heater and some ants. These were quickly resolved. We would recommend Marchwood.

Amy was wonderful? This must either be a joke, a lie, or Amy herself - OR, for some reason Amy seems to think that some people deserve "wonderful" treatment, while others of us do not. Thanks a lot, Amy. I still haven't gotten an apology from you for the horrible way you treated me. You should be ashamed of yourself.

No, it's not from Amy (who is no longer there.) All my husband and I can say is that, every time we dealt with her, she was friendly and helpful to us. We had little contact with the rest of the staff. I can only speak from my experiences.

Hey "formertenant63" - who I assume is also the writer of this review - if you are NOT Amy, and if you are REALLY a former tenant, then how the hell would you know whether or not Amy is even there? That sounds pretty suspicious to me. Like a lie, actually.
