Do not bother with Marchwood apartments. Their staff is rude, unfriendly and impossible to deal with. My experiance there fustrated me to insane levels. Do not expect to get any money back. The are very dishonest there. I am not at liberty to say how I know all this. Every time I write a review on here to warn people Apartment Ratings takes it down. Do not live in Marchwood, TRUST ME! For the same money you can get MUCH nicer and more friendly places to live.
