The staff is difficult at best. When your lease is up for "automatic" renewal, beware, becaue they give you FIVE DAYS to respond and not accept this renewal. They are not flexible and do not care about their tenants.

The lease entails quite a few restrictions, including certain things that are not communicated to the tenant in advance. They must figure how many people are going to refuse to sign at that point'

The parking is good and more than adequate. Same for the lighting outside.

The apartments are reasonably priced and spacious, plus they are clean and few maintenance calls are needed, those that are reported are tended to in a timely manner - just don't expect them to call you and let you know the status of any maintenance call.

The utilities are high, which kind of counteracts the reasonable rent. PECO includes heat, hot water and gas as well as electricity. It is usually WELL over $100 in the winter and summer - actually there are very few months that it is under $100.

The location is great. That's one of the only reasons I've stayed.

It's not so bad that you CAN'T live here, but it certainly isn't great, either. The staff is not pleasant to deal with, and that makes anything relating to signing and/or renewing the lease difficult, to say the least. It made my move here more stressful than it had to be (keep in mind I had already signed the lease and paid all deposits by that time, so they had no reason to treat me with respect then). It made my lease renewal stressful as well, and made me wish that I could get out of it, but by that time it was too late.
