The management was terrible: arrogant and obnoxious. One of the reasons I left was that they were way understaffed with custodial help and certainly dragged their heels in replacing them. I constantly heard "We have to prepare apts. for new tenants." Never mind those that have been there for awhile. They don't count. That's why I left. I am disgusted with management's conduct.

I agree that the good reviews are rather suspicious, and I agree that the management is rude and obnoxious. I also know that Toll Management KNOWS at least what Lynn is like, and they defend her attitude ("she doesn't mean it"). I've had times where she and others have made me so uncomfortable - I hardly ever have to deal with them, couldn't they just TRY to be pleasant? No, they don't care, to them, it's not customer service, I mean you'd think they were paying us to live there or something!
