The staff is rude and disrespectful, inflexible and some of the things they do seem like they may not be on the up-and-up. Like the automatic lease renewal' IF that is even legal, it is certainly a very poor way to do business. The lease also has so many restrictions and additions that they do not tell you about, other than to ask you "sign here". By that time it was too late for me to do anything about it since I was counting on moving. They actually seemed ok before I decided to move here but how quickly that changed. Im very hurt as I know damn well that I did not deserve that treatment - NO ONE does, especially tenants.

The parking is ok. The outside lighing is ok. The park is ok. All of these things are nothing great, but I suppose I cant really complain either.

The rent is cheap but the utilities are outrageously high.

Not a lot of maintenance issues but I have been surprized at the unprofessional manner in which those issues I place were handled.

I suppose it's safe but theres no additional security other than the lock on your front door.

Its been a lot of aggravation. I dont need this. I dont deserve it. I dont think that people who are supposed to be there for the tenants should get away with it. The property manager, Lynn, is the main one, and that is why the others are such complete sour pusses. I dont think Ive ever had one of them be nice and professional with me. There are also ladies there whose names I dont even know because they dont even have the common courtesy to be nice and introduce themselves to me, yet they see fit to lecture or yell and curse at me over whatever dumb ---- reason comes up next. I stay clear of the office, but its really a shame I should even have to.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. Im sorry that I decided to move here and I wish I had found somewhere else to live. Its such a pain in the ass to move but I guess I will have to again soon, thanks to this ---- that Ive had to deal with here.
