The staff is rude and bitchy. I dont know how ANYONE can say that those ladies are anything BUT totally inappropriately unprofessional.

The lease has so much extra ---- in it, restrictions and what not. Then they give you LESS THAN A WEEK to respond to their automatic renewal. To the last person who wrote a review and said that its our responsibility to review the lease, why the hell wouldnt the staff TELL a potential tenant UP FRONT about this provision INSTEAD of just putting it in there and expecting us to figure that out' Dont you find that just a wee bit shady' And exactly who has the luxury of refusing to sign the lease once they are all ready to move in young kids who are moving out of their parents house'! Sorry Im not one of those, then! A person has to fit into this small category of human beings in order to not get taken' Yeah right!

The parking is all right but sometimes gets crowded. The laundry facilities are ok and not dirty or anything but the loads cost quite a bit and you have to go to the bitchy office staff to get your laundry card filled and refilled with cash it is not quarters. The grounds are plain, nothing special. The lighting is adequate, I suppose. Most apartments have private entrances but there are some building where there are more than one apartment. Those building dont even have a key to the front door, no added security. The one lock on my door works sometims and sometimes does not. The management does not care. They would just charge me. You get ONE mail box key, which is retarted since most people renting live with roommies and arent necesarily married couples or whatever. Theres a gym there that it seems like nobody uses. The pool is nice but doesnt seem like it gets a whole lot of use either. Probably because the gym is in the leasing office building and the pool right near there who wants to go anywhere NEAR those ------- if you dont have to' The rent is sorta cheap but the utilities are HIGH especially for the size of the apartment. PECO includes the oil, too, so you can imagine how astronomical that is. And btw, Marchwood management or Toll or whoever is rsponsible absolutely REFUSES to give the cable company access to the cable system, so if you have a problem with your cable or cable modem you are SOL and the Marchwood staff does not care. The cable company said that the management of this complex is very difficult for them to deal with. I dont know if they mean Marchwood or Tol but whaever.

The shame is that the place COULD be nice. It s a nice location and there is enough space in the aprtments, its just such a pain in the ass to deal with the staff and they dont seem to care about the tenants. AT ALL. I suspect that they are the ones writing the good reviews (agree with those who think that the good reviews are suspicous).

There were bad reviews deleted whats up with that' Id like to know what they said!

Whatever, anyway my suggestion is not to move here unless you dont have any other choice. If you move here be prepared to start looking elsewhere way ahead of your lease renewal time, or be prepared to HAVE TO stay.
