It blows my mind, that with ALL the negative reviews of this place, that the corporate managers don't seem to want to remove the on-site manager. Things are going south here in a hurry my friends. Fewer (but more incompetent) maintenance people, on-site staff that aren't allowed to make any decisions. The on-site manager can be mean and sarcastic depending how the wind blows. Speaking of blowing, this place sure does!
