I wish I had found this site before signing the lease. There are many decent people who live here at Marchwood, and above all, should be given a level of respect and service from the office, as paying tenants/ customers. I realize there are some undesirable tenants who live here as well, but the office mgr takes out her rage on tenants that are not to blame for the others. Most of the time, a call to request minor apt maintenance is greeted with curtness, and it is necessary, not to mention unprofessional and a real disservice to the company which owns the property. It is hard to understand how this same apt mgr is allowed to behave in such a fashion, not just periodically, but seems to be for yrs, looking at other reviews of this apt complex. This apt complex is not recommended.

This person hit the nail right on the head. Obviously this person is making the owners a great deal of money, so these owners are overlooking her rudeness and discourtesies.

Its not just the office manager, though she sets the example. Ive never had one person in that office be nice to me. Except when they were trying to get me to move in. Once they had me, then they didnt even treat me like a human being anymore.
