I don't know what people are talking about... My husband and I just moved into Marchwood in May of 2006 and since we have been here we have had no problems with the staff. Are heat wasnt working properly but when we called the office and they sent out maintance immediatly to fix the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone.. The apartments are a great size and there is a washer and dryer at the end of each strip of apartments. The only problem we have with the apartments is, motorcycles arent allowed on the property.. Other than that this place is great! Its very clean and people are very friendly!
