We've been in this development for 5 years. Apartments are roomy but the appliances are old and the place costs a lot to heat. No storm windows and poor insulation. Our dryer takes three cycles to finish and maintenance has been of little help. We had mold on the walls in the bedroom before we transfered units. The lease is very strict and so is management. Neighbors have been fine. It is a diverse neighborhood with singles and families. If the property was better cared for it would be a nice place to live.

Had squirels in my building they went into the wall and died and smelled bad. They did nothing about it not even the smell.
