Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Lived there 3 years, and I am SO HAPPY to leave those crappy apartements. Electric bills are so ridiculosly high, I even think that there is a mafia - PECO and apt mgmt - and they divide these money between them. Ants (including flying ones - so gross!). Bad windows with only one glass - you guaranteed to have black mold on them!
