Ive lived at Marchwood for a few years now and I cannot tel you how disappointed I am with the people that run this place. It is the cheapest place to rent for the location which is the only reason why I stay. Lynn is the biggest problem in the place. Shes rude and it takes forever to get things fixed. We have had our fair share of maintenance requests and it takes not one, not two, but sometimes three or more times for them to come back and fix the problem right. And did I mention the parking sucks! They say you are suppose to have two spots in front of your apartment to park you vehicles but NO there are never spot. And you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. Our upstairs neighbors are so loud we had to call the cops, and that still didnt even stop it in future times. The dryers take 2 to three times to dry close and now that they have tacked on the useage of water we are out when the lease is over.

It is almost as if I wrote this review myself...but one is coming soon, and will sound very much like this one! This place is horrible!
